    All NTX Card Show TCG event ticket purchases are final. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted except under the specific conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

    Refund Policy
    Refund considerations are limited to cases of event cancellation or rescheduling by the organizers. In such instances, ticket holders will receive email notification detailing available refund or exchange options.

    Event Conduct
    Attendees must maintain appropriate behavior throughout the event. NTX Card Show enforces a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive conduct, harassment, or rule violations. Infractions may result in immediate removal without compensation.

    Liability Limitation
    Event participation is at the attendee's own risk. Event organizers, venue operators, and associated parties bear no liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss during the event.

    Entry Rights
    Event organizers retain complete discretion to deny entry or service to any individual who fails to comply with event terms or whose conduct may compromise event safety and enjoyment.

    Legal Compliance
    All attendees must adhere to applicable local laws and regulations while present at the event. Non-compliance may result in removal and potential legal consequences.

    Media Policy
    The event maintains specific restrictions regarding photography, video recording, and audio recording. Attendees must comply with posted policies and staff directives concerning media capture.
