    All NTX Sports Card Show ticket purchases are final. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted except under the specific conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

    Refund Policy
    Refunds will only be considered in the event of cancellation or rescheduling by the organizers. If such a change occurs, ticket holders will be notified via email with details on refund or transfer options.

    Event Conduct
    Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly. NTX Card Show enforces a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive behavior, harassment, or violations of event rules. Violators may be removed without refund.

    Liability Limitation
    All participation is at the attendee’s own risk. NTX Card Show, venue operators, and affiliated parties are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during the event.

    Entry Rights
    Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or service to any individual who does not comply with event terms or whose behavior poses a safety or enjoyment risk to others.

    Attendees must follow all local laws and venue regulations. Violations may result in removal from the event and possible legal action.
