All NTX Comic Show event ticket purchases are final. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted except under the specific conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

Event Conduct
Attendees must maintain appropriate behavior throughout the event. NTX Comic Show enforces a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive conduct, harassment, or rule violations. Infractions may result in immediate removal without compensation.
Liability Limitation
Event participation is at the attendee's own risk. Event organizers, venue operators, and associated parties bear no liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss during the event.
Entry Rights
Event organizers retain complete discretion to deny entry or service to any individual who fails to comply with event terms or whose conduct may compromise event safety and enjoyment.
Legal Compliance
All attendees must adhere to applicable local laws and regulations while present at the event. Non-compliance may result in removal and potential legal consequences.
Media Policy
The event maintains specific restrictions regarding photography, video recording, and audio recording. Attendees must comply with posted policies and staff directives concerning media capture.
Event Modifications
The organization reserves the right to modify event scheduling, programming, or layout as necessary. Such modifications do not entitle ticket holders to compensation or refund.
Personal Property
Attendees retain full responsibility for their personal belongings, including comic books and collectibles, throughout the event. The organization assumes no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Terms Acceptance
Purchase and use of an event ticket constitutes full acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
