Purchase Finality
All NTX TCG Card Show ticket purchases are final. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted except under the specific conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

Refund Policy
Refunds will only be considered in the event of cancellation or rescheduling by the organizers. If such a change occurs, ticket holders will be notified via email with details on refund or transfer options.

Event Conduct
Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly. NTX Card Show enforces a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive behavior, harassment, or violations of event rules. Violators may be removed without refund.

Liability Limitation
All participation is at the attendee’s own risk. NTX Card Show, venue operators, and affiliated parties are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during the event.

Entry Rights
Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or service to any individual who does not comply with event terms or whose behavior poses a safety or enjoyment risk to others.

Legal Compliance
Attendees must follow all local laws and venue regulations. Violations may result in removal from the event and possible legal action.

Media Policy
Photography, video, and audio recording may be subject to restrictions. Please follow all posted guidelines and staff instructions regarding media usage at the event.

Event Modifications
NTX Card Show may alter scheduling, programming, or layout as needed. Such changes do not qualify ticket holders for compensation or refund.

Personal Property
Attendees are solely responsible for their personal items, including trading cards, collectibles, and purchases. NTX Card Show assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
