All Sales are Final:
By purchasing vendor tables or admission tickets for the NTX Card Show – Fort Worth, you acknowledge that all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted except in specific circumstances as detailed under our Refund Policy.

Refund Policy:
Refunds will only be considered in the event of a full event cancellation or rescheduling. If the show is canceled or rescheduled, vendors and ticketholders will be notified via email with options for refund or transfer to a future TX Card Shows event.

Transfer Prohibition:
Vendors may not resell or transfer their tables, and ticketholders may not transfer their tickets to others without prior written approval from TX Card Shows management. Unauthorized transfers may result in forfeiture without refund.

Schedule Adherence:
Vendors must follow the designated setup and teardown schedule. Early teardown is not permitted and may impact future participation eligibility. Ticketholders must follow published show hours and entry procedures.

Merchandise & Conduct:
Vendors are expected to sell only collectible cards, comics, and related hobby items, as represented in their registration. All vendors and attendees must conduct themselves professionally. Misrepresentation of products, disruptive behavior, harassment, or violations of event rules may result in removal from the event without refund and disqualification from future participation.

Liability Waiver:
All participants attend at their own risk and agree not to hold TX Card Shows, the venue (Will Rogers Exhibition Center), or any associated parties liable for personal injury, property damage, theft, or loss that may occur during the event.

Security:
While event security will be provided, all attendees are responsible for their own merchandise and belongings. Vendors are strongly encouraged to take precautions for valuable items.

Right to Refuse Service:
TX Card Shows reserves the right to deny participation to any vendor or attendee who fails to comply with these terms or is deemed a risk to the safety or experience of others.

Compliance with Laws:
All participants must adhere to local, state, and federal laws, including but not limited to sales tax collection and reporting for vendors.

Photography & Promotion:
By attending the event, vendors and attendees grant TX Card Shows permission to use their likeness or booth for photography, video, and promotional purposes.

Event Changes:
TX Card Shows may modify the event schedule, layout, or operations as needed. These changes do not entitle vendors or attendees to a refund.

Acceptance of Terms:
Your purchase of vendor tables or admission tickets constitutes your full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
