Terms & Conditions for ATX Card Show
For Vendors & Ticketholders
All Sales are Final: By purchasing vendor tables or admission tickets for the ATX Card Show, you acknowledge that all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted except in specific circumstances as detailed under our Refund Policy.
Refund Policy: Refunds will only be considered in cases of event cancellation or rescheduling. Should the event be canceled or rescheduled, vendors and ticketholders will be notified via email with options for refund or transfer to future TX Card Shows events.
Transfer Prohibition: Vendors may not resell or transfer their tables, and ticketholders may not transfer their tickets to other individuals without prior written approval from TX Card Shows management. Unauthorized transfers may result in forfeiture without refund.
Schedule Adherence: Vendors must adhere to the designated setup and teardown times. Early teardown is not permitted and may affect future participation opportunities. Ticketholders must comply with show hours and entry procedures as specified for the event.
Merchandise & Conduct: Vendors are expected to sell only collectible cards and related hobby items as represented in their application. All vendors and attendees must conduct business and behave in a professional manner. Misrepresentation of products, disruptive behavior, harassment, or violation of event rules may result in ejection from the event without refund and prohibition from future shows.
Liability Waiver: All participants acknowledge that they attend the event at their own risk and will not hold TX Card Shows, the venue, or any associated parties liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur during the event, including but not limited to loss or damage to merchandise and personal belongings.
Security: While event security will be provided, all attendees are ultimately responsible for their inventory and personal belongings. TX Card Shows strongly recommends taking appropriate security measures for valuable merchandise and items.
Right to Refuse Service: TX Card Shows reserves the right to refuse service to any vendor or attendee who fails to comply with these terms and conditions or who is deemed to pose a risk to the safety and enjoyment of others.
Compliance with Laws: All participants must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations while at the event, including sales tax collection and reporting requirements for vendors.
Photography & Promotion: TX Card Shows reserves the right to photograph or record the event for promotional purposes. By participating, vendors and attendees grant permission for their likeness and vendor booths to be included in such materials.
Event Changes: TX Card Shows reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, floor plan, or operations as necessary. These changes do not entitle participants to a refund.
Acceptance of Terms: Your purchase of vendor tables or admission tickets constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions.
